What is goSmart?

The goSmart Rewards Programme is a great way to enjoy your day-to-day shopping, travel, leisure, entertainment and a wide variety of valuable products and services. With a goSmart Card, you can turn your everyday purchases like gas and groceries into goSmart Points and earn valuable Rewards.

Unlike other Rewards Programmes, goSmart Points can be collected from all types of companies all over Cyprus, and there are lots of Rewards to choose from. Our list of over 350 participating stores keeps growing all the time. You’ll be redeeming your goSmart Points sooner than you think.

How do I become a Member?

You can pick up a member Registration Form at any participating Sponsor's store. Registration is FREE and quite simple to fill out. The in-store manager will be happy to help you with the registration or answer any of your questions. Once you have completed and signed your Registration Form you can pick up your card and start using it right away. It's that simple!

You can also register through our website. In that case a goSmart card number will be assigned to you. Use that number to log in and collect goSmart Points when you shop online. You can also collect additional Points from our Sponsors when making a qualify transaction, by just using your mobile number or your goSmart plastic card which will be mailed to you after registering.

Who can register with goSmart?

goSmart is a family programme. All members of your family over 16 years old can register to become a member and get their own card. One family member, 18 years and over, must register as the Primary Cardholder and be responsible for the family account. All others will register as Additional Cardholders.

How do I collect points?

This is the super easy part of the goSmart programme! All you have to do is present your goSmart Card at the point of sale whenever you shop at any of the stores that are part of the programme. There are so many places where you can collect points that your balance will go up really quickly and you'll be on your way to the dream reward of your choice!

If you are shopping at any goSmart participating store and you have forgotten or misplaced your goSmart card, need not to worry. Simply give your mobile number at the point of sale and your points will be credited to your goSmart account automatically.

You can collect points on things that you buy at Zorbas bakeries, Demos Supermarket, Blue Island fish markets, United Colors of Benetton, Pizza Hut & T.G.I Friday’s restaurants and when purchase a Volkswagen plus lots more places.

If your are a Hellenic Bank debit card holder you may use your debit card at all participating stores and earn additional points offered by Hellenic Bank, as many as you get from our Sponsors.

 

So, collecting goSmart points is easy:

1. Always carry your goSmart Card with you
2. Present your goSmart Card or use your telephone number when you make a qualifying purchase from a goSmart Sponsor
3. Build up your goSmart Points and then exchange them for purchases you make at any of the 350 goSmart outlets or at our

    online shop. Just remember: 135 Points = 1 Euro.

How do I redeem my points?

The procedure couldn't be easier. You can redeem your points for the reward value of your choice directly at the Sponsor of your choice. Just present your card and ask to pay with your goSmart points.  For security reasons, you will be asked for your telephone number and sign the receipt. That’s all you have to do! 

The most updated list of Sponsors can be found in our website. The number of points required for a reward value of one (1) Euro is 135 Points. So if you want a reward value of 10 Euros, which may be a purchase at any of our Sponsors, your account will be debited with 1350 Points.

You may also redeem your points for more attractive Rewards through our website.

What's my points balance?

Call the goSmart Contact Center on 8000-1234 or login to our website for your latest balance. In addition, the Programme will be sending you your account balance through an SMS message, from time to time.

What if I loose or damage my goSmart card. How do I get a replacement?

For a replacement card, simply pick up a new goSmart Registration Form, at any goSmart participating store, and submit a new registration. Just complete only your name, I.D number and your telephone number and indicate on the top of the Registration Form that it’s a replacement card. You can use your new goSmart card immediately, just detached it from your new Registration Form. 

Your account and points you've already collected will not be affected. Your replacement card will be linked to the same goSmart account, as long as you submit the new Registration Form.

What if I don’t have my card with me?

Need not to worry. The Programme allows you to collect points without the presence of your card. Just let our Sponsor’s personnel know that you have forgotten your card and you will be asked for your mobile number. If you haven’t submitted your mobile number while registering in the Programme please call our Contact Center and your telephone number can be used for collecting points.

Can I transfer points if I get divorced or break up with my partner?

Yes that’s no problem. Points may be transferred to another account where cardholders in a household account are divorced and agree to divide their points balance.

My personal details have changed or goSmart doesn't have the correct details for me. How can I change them?

Thank you for letting us know. It means that we can keep sending you all the latest goSmart offers and deals if you've chosen to receive them.

You can change your personal and contact details, including your address by calling us on 8000-1234. Our Contact Center is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
