goSmart shop Online is the internet shop that offers products and services online of the goSmart Shop Online Limited and you may access it at the www.gosmart.com.cy website in the ‘shop online’ section of the goSmart Rewards Programme, where goSmart Shop Online Limited is a Sponsor.
These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and goSmart shop Online as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business creating a mutual understanding between us. Also we recommend that you read and accept the goSmart Terms and Conditions on the www.gosmart.com.cy website.
goSmart Shop Online Limited, reserves the right to update or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and with immediate effect. If any changes or amendments are made goSmart shop Online has the obligation to inform you through the www.gosmart.com.cy website.
Ways of placing an order
1. By internet via the website www.gosmart.com.cy
Using the search box at “shop Online” section at the top of the page; type in the name of the product you are searching for. In the “shop by” box at the top of the screen on the right hand side, you may now continue to refine your results using category or Brand options. Also, on the right hand side you can do more complex search in the “Search Products” box using category, brand and price options.
Select the products and add them to the shopping cart. After you finish shopping, please review all the items in your shopping cart to ensure you have selected the correct products. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by using “My Account” section.
2. By telephone by calling our goSmart Customer Contact Center at 80000-1234
For better service when placing an order by telephone please ensure you give us the correct product code you wish to purchase, the quantity you wish, the goSmart card number, your name and surname and your credit card number. The goSmart Customer Contact Centre agents are available Monday to Sunday 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
3. By email at email@example.com
Place your order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. For better service when placing an order please ensure you give us the correct product code you wish to purchase, the quantity you wish, your name and the goSmart card number. A goSmart Customer Contact Centre agent will contact you for further assistance.
Cancellation or change of order can be done in the below cases:
Before proceeding with payment - You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment by pressing the “Cancel Order” button.
Before order dispatching - You may also cancel your order if the order did not dispatched yet. You may contact us at our goSmart Customer Contact Center at 8000-1234, by email at email@example.com and fax at 22571400. Make sure to give us your goSmart card number and your order number.
If order has been dispatched - If your order has already been dispatched, which means you will soon be receiving it, you may return your purchase, within 14 days from the day of delivery. Please read below our Returns Policy section.
All information related to the process of your order or the history of all your transactions appear at the “My Account” section under the “My goSmart shop Online orders” option, after you log into your account.
The status of your order as well as prior orders appear on the right side of each order at option “My goSmart shop Online orders”.
The following could be causes for delay in your order to arrive:
The product has been delayed from the suppliers. To be able to offer competitive prices we order the products from a large variety of suppliers. There is a possibility that a product takes longer to reach our warehouses. In this case our agents will contact you to ask you if you want to receive your order without that specific product or to offer you an alternative option.
The product you ordered is not available. Among a large variety of products we offer online it may sometimes happen that our supplier cannot complete the order, either because the product is not available anymore or is out of stock and we haven’t been informed. In this case our agents will contact you to offer you an alternative option.
In cases where there are factors not controlled by us because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God and affects the transfer and delivery of your order.
In case the communication with you is not feasible (if there is a problem with your order either with the product or the order or the payment) because for example the personal details you have entered are not up to date.
The availability estimate on each item's product page describes how long it will take that item to reach one of our warehouses once you place your order. Items listed as "In Stock" are, of course, already available in at least one of our warehouses. The availability of an item enables you to estimate how long it will take to receive it after you place your order.
The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have, but errors do occur and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. Please be aware that adding an item to your shopping cart does not "hold" the items for you.
The following is a list of the several types of availability estimates you might see for items in our goSmart shop Online store:
In Stock: item is in stock and will take us between 24 to 48 hours to pack and prepare for dispatch, from the moment we receive your order.
Pre-order with specific length of time (eg: 2-3 days, 1-2 weeks, 1-2 months): item is not in stock and will take this amount of time to receive it from the supplier, pack and prepare for dispatch. Anticipated delivery dates for custom order items are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.
Pre-order with unknown length of time: We can't give you an availability estimate for the item, but we'll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment or we are unable to deliver the product, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order or our agent will call you within 2 working days.
Due to various reasons, including manufacturing availability, distribution issues or popularity, we cannot guarantee if or when an out-of-stock item will be available again. If the product you ordered is not available we will offer you a comparable item. In the case you do not wish to purchase the specific product you can refuse the offer and you will get a full refund. If the amount of the new order is less than €99 there will be no extra charge for delivery. In case you want to return a product after you receive it please read our Return Policy section.
Ordering Items with Different Availabilities
If you are ordering items with different availabilities for either home delivery or pickup by ACS courier, you can choose how to have them delivered to you when we contact you either by email or telephone.
There are two main options.
1. Make one delivery when your complete order is ready
Choosing this option means that we will wait until we have all the items in your order before dispatching any of them. For example, if you order one item marked as "Pre- Order. Usually dispatches within 2 to 3 days" and another marked "Pre-order. Usually dispatches within 2 to 3 weeks", we will dispatch both to you when all items become available.
2. Deliver ordered items as they become available
Choosing this option means that each item you order will be dispatched as it becomes available. Your delivery charges will increase, but to save you money, we make an effort to dispatch items as soon as we obtain them all while not making any more deliveries than is necessary.
With the completion of your order, you will be receiving an email including the details of your purchase which are also are available under the “Μy goSmart shop Online orders” option in the “My Account” section.
For purchases over €99 the delivery is free of charge. For purchases less than €99 the delivery is € 4.50 within specific region. For other areas there is an extra charge.
We deliver the products within 48 hours of when you place your order of all available items. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in delivering your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not be delivered in the timeframe stated. To receive your order you need to show ID or passport.
If you have not received your order or part of it, please call us at 8000-1234. If the mistake is ours we will send you the product as soon as possible free of delivery charge. If the product is not available at this point then we will contact you and let you know when it will be available and if there will be any charge.

1. Redemption of goSmart points
The choice to redeem goSmart points for the payment of the product is available only when the balance of your account covers the whole amount of the order. The total points of your card converted in euro will always be shown at the right side of the screen when you log in.
2. goSmart Points plus Charge
This choice will be shown only if you have at least 2 points in your goSmart card and the balance of your account does not cover the whole amount of the order. If you choose this option the whole amount of your goSmart card will be deducted and the remaining balance will be deducted from your bank card.
3. Through Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard
Our online shop has chosen the most advanced technology in order to assure secure payment. The transaction is made through the JCC Payment system that assures the best technology available on the market which is 128bit encryption. For online payment made by credit card, the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is used, which allows for encrypting your banking information when on the network (HTTPS).
Cash payment is made at the time of delivery. Cheques are not accepted.
Under the return policy law (Ν. 14(Ι)/2000), you may return the product within 14 days of the delivery date and inform us in writing by sending us the “Return Product Form”.
Please note that legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damages caused by external origin (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the user’s faulty usage of the product such as a non-conforming installation or using said product with incorrect peripherals, accessories or consumables.
Return of faulty products
If the return of a faulty product is within 14 days of the delivery of your order, the cost of return is undertaken by goSmart shop Online, upon submission of your return receipt.
Return of non faulty products
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase simply return it within 14 days with the receipt for a full refund on PURCHASE PRICE (shipping costs are not refundable). Products returned must be unused and in resale condition. Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage or application, wind damage or other acts of nature. Our refund policy does not cover products which are special ordered or imprinted on the customer's behalf. If the product does not cover the above conditions and restrictions it will be retuned back to the customer at their expense.
A refund or replacement is done within 14 days of the day of delivery of the returned product. goSmart shop Online does not accept returns if you don’t provide us with your gosmart card number, your order number and if applicable, your purchase serial number.
Before any return it is a must that you fill in and submit our “Return Product Form”. The “Return Product Form” can be submitted through mail or fax at 22571400 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving your Return Form our technical support department will contact you, for more details and approval of the return of your product.

goSmart shop Online Limited is not responsible for any of the goSmart members/users for any damages that may occur form the process or not of their order (except from the cases where Return Policy applies).
Also in case of unexpected causes the time of delivery may change. In addition the company is not responsible for the availability of the products. It guarantees that it will inform you in the case of unavailability of the product.
The prices include VAT and are valid until the stock is depleted. The prices may change without any warning. Every user can surf the goSmart shop online website without registering or giving any personal information. Only when proceeding to order must the user provide their personal information.
All necessary personal details for every transaction include the name, goSmart member card number (for collection or redemption of your points)’ telephone number (for any communication), address (street, city, postal code), delivery address and email.
